A leader in the field of design Inbal has over 20 years of professionally recognized experience in product design and innovation; as a team leader, Vice President of Design, Project-presenting, Design Judge, and industrial design lecturer.

For the majority of her career, Inbal has led design projects either as a sole designer or as a lead designer responsible for a team effort. As VP of Product Design & Innovation at DSP Electronics Inc®
she act as the link between management and product design, and functions as the interface between the platforms of technology, design creation, management and marketing. And her work in design has been recognized worldwide.

Inbal is an Industrial Design lecturer at the Academy of Art University, School of
Industrial Design, for the MFA and BFA programs. She received her bachelorís degree (BFA) in Industrial design from - the Academy Of Art University San Francisco, and her Masterís MID - Master in Industrial Design With an emphasis on medical and social design, from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Ms. Lishansky has served as a lead/sole designer on many important biomedical and pharmaceutical projects for prominent companies such as:
· Abbott Laboratories - glucose blood meter;
· Tyco Healthcare - medical cannula, Dual Lumen Nasal Cannula's;
· Bio-Rad Laboratories - bio odyssey calligrapher miniarrayer and humidifier;
· ForteBio - octet biosensor and tip tray;
· Nektar - inhaler for drug delivery;
· Aradigm - AERx pulmonary drug delivery inhaler device to the lung;
· Biophysics Department of the Bar-Ilan University, Tel Aviv, Israel - product for skin treatment;
· Laserscope Greenlight HPS Laser - medical cart design, UX and UI design
· SeQual Technologies Inc - Eclipse 3 - oxygen system;
· The Department of Chemical Engineering and Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute,
Technion - Israel Institute of Technology; multiple breaks through innovation projects in the wearable electronics design e-Healthcare monitoring -  Life Science Industry. for an innovative global health research project titled "Self-Administered Adhesive Patch for Detection of Tuberculosis" sponsor by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. And Vital signs Monitoring patch design for pre-mature and adults.

Inbalís original designs for ForteBio are now in use by more than 75% of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world. Her product designs sell in major retail stores such as Target, Walgreens, Wall Mart, Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us. Several of her designs have been licensed to companies such as Verizon Wireless, Targus, and USA Wireless Solutions, and successfully produced and sold in the market.

Inbal also designed a large variety of innovative consumer electronic products that continue to be very successful in the market. Her products have received several design awards, including the CEA Mark of Excellence Awards, International CES Innovation Design and Engineering Award.

Inbal Serves as judge at few of the biggest International Design and Competitions shows, all those events are highlighted to the international public and are communicated to all relevant press across the world.
Since 2010, Inbal serves as a Judge for the CES - International Consumer Electronics Show   and judged for " Innovations Design and Engineering Awards,  Innovations Mark of Excellence Awards" and the winners are announced every year at the CES show in the Unites States at Las Vegas,NV. At the CES Asia, Inbal served as a judge for Innovation Awards since 2019 and the winners announced at the CES show in Shanghai, China
At the A'Design Award & Competition Inbal serves as a judge since 2016 and the winners announced at the A'Design Award Gala-Night and Exhibition in Como, Italy

Inbal has performed a critical role in the design development of many vital significance and innovative products in varied industrial fields, most prominently, medical and lab instruments, security, consumer electronics, networking, mobile, telecom, home automation, baby and juvenile.
